Dr. Yolanda Walcott  is the Founder and Lead Servant of Rehoboth International Outreach Center, a ministry dedicated to healing, restoration, and transformational outreach. Ordained in February 2002 by Bishop Dreyfus Smith of Wings of Faith Ministries, she has spent more than two decades serving individuals and families through faith-based and trauma-informed care.

 

Dr. Walcott holds a Doctoral Degree in Biblical Studies and a Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling. She is a Board-Certified Christian Counselor and Therapist and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor II (CAC-II), as well as a Certified Anger Management Specialist, and Relapse Prevention Counselor.

 

She is the author of three published books focused on healing and recovery and leads a counseling and training center that equips addiction counselors, mental health professionals, and ministry leaders to serve with excellence, integrity, and compassion.

 

Through Rehoboth International Outreach Center, Dr. Yolanda Walcott bridges faith, mental health, and global outreach, helping individuals and communities heal, grow, and walk in their God-given purpose.
